It is important that dial gauge pressure canners be checked for accuracy each year before use. Weighted gauges do not require testing.
The counties in RED currently have the equipment to test your dial-gauge pressure canner. Please call or email each county office before bringing your canner in to be tested. Click the county on the map for contact information.
